With over 20 years of experience in the independent pharmacy sector, Lisa Baker has built her career around helping businesses, owners, and teams reach their fullest potential. Known for her expertise in communication, team development, and leadership, Lisa brings a practical yet inspiring approach to driving growth, profitability, and stronger workplace cultures.
Lisa is a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant through the John Maxwell Team and completed the Maxwell Leadership Certification Program in 2024. She combines advanced leadership strategies with hands-on coaching to help teams uncover their strengths, improve collaboration, and lead with greater impact. Lisa has facilitated both in-person and virtual workshops on topics such as customer service, business etiquette, supervisory skills, and employee management — all with a focus on creating lasting, positive change.

Nic Elston is the Director of Business Accounting at JRD Financials, bringing over 20 years of experience and an ACCA qualification to the role. Originally from South Africa, Nic now lives in Quebec City after spending several years traveling across the Americas and Asia. This experience shaped his global perspective and appreciation for diverse ways of working. Known for his calm, patient approach to training and collaboration, Nic believes personal connection is just as vital as technical precision. He has helped every company he’s worked with build systems that boost efficiency, time management, and teamwork. At the core of Nic’s work ethic are trust, collaboration, and a positive spirit, which he brings to every client interaction and team initiative.
Rachel Stith

Rachel Stith joined JRD Financials in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of real-world pharmacy accounting experience. Prior to joining our team, Rachel served as the in-house accountant for a multi-location independent pharmacy business operating across the Southeast. Her firsthand knowledge of the daily financial operations within the pharmacy industry makes her an invaluable resource to our clients.
From navigating payroll and inventory to managing reimbursements and cash flow, Rachel understands the unique challenges pharmacy owners face. At JRD, she puts that experience to work, helping our pharmacy clients streamline their accounting processes, gain financial clarity, and make smarter, more confident business decisions.
When she’s not working with our clients, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey, and their three children.
